Laura obtained a B.Sc. degree in Psychology from the University of Hildesheim, Germany and an M.Sc. degree in Neuroscience from the Free University of Berlin, Germany. She completed her doctoral dissertation at the University of Mainz, Germany and currently works as a postdoc at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich. Laura’s research interests include stress resilience and psychopathology, controllability and adaptive behaviour, effects of stress and environmental factors throughout the lifespan, and translational research.
