Vertrauenspersonen

Die Vertrauenspersonen sind eine Anlaufstelle für jegliche Fragen oder Probleme im Arbeitsumfeld (z. B. Personalkonflikte oder Verdacht auf Fehlverhalten in der Wissenschaft).

Die aktuellen Vertrauenspersonen des WNW sind:

• Dr. Sebastian Horn (Mail, intern 57202)
• Dr. Rahel Bachem (Mail, intern 57305)

Diese Vertrauenspersonen bieten im Gespräch eine erste Einschätzung der Situation und im Rahmen einer Triage-Funktion Hinweise zu möglichen nächsten Schritten an. Sämtliche Belange, die mit den Vertrauenspersonen des WNW in dieser Funktion besprochen werden, werden vertraulich behandelt.

These confidential counsellors are a point of contact for any questions or problems in the working environment (e.g. personnel conflicts or suspected misconduct in science).
The current AML liaison officers are listed above.

These confidants offer an initial assessment of the situation and provide advice on possible next steps as part of a triage function. All matters discussed with the AML confidants in this capacity are treated confidentially.
