The IT Emergency Manual of the University of Zurich (UZH) documents the guidelines and instructions to be followed in the event of a disruption or emergency.

The IT Emergency Manual is primarily intended for the staff of the Central IT Department (ZI) and in particular for the IT Emergency Team. In principle, however, the contents listed here are binding for all organisational units (faculties, institutes, clinics, central units, etc.) and all employees of the University of Zurich in the event of an emergency. Essential aspects of this are brought to the attention of those affected accordingly.
