I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. For my Master’s thesis, I am developing and pilot testing the psychoeducation component of an ecological momentary intervention (EMI) for bereavement. The psychoeducational content aims to normalise grief reactions, deepen the bereaved person’s understanding of their grieving process, and introduce adaptive coping strategies.
