Division 20 - Adult Development and Aging strives to advance the study of psychological development and change throughout the adult years.

British Society of Gerontology
The British Society of Gerontology aims to promote the understanding of human ageing and later life through research and communication. It seeks to foster the application of this knowledge to the improvement of the quality of life in old age.

British Society for Research on Ageing
The British Society for Research on Ageing (BSRA) promotes research to understand the causes and effects of the ageing process. BSRA encourages publication and public understanding of ageing research, publishes its own journal "Lifespan", a monthly electronic newsletter and holds an annual scientific meeting.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gerontologie und Geriatrie
Strebt die Förderung von Forschung und Lehre über das Altern in den dafür maßgeblichen Fachdisziplinen an. Darüber hinaus dient sie der Verbreitung von Erkenntnissen auf gerontologischem und geriatrischem Gebiet.

Deutsches Zentrum für Altersfragen
Das Deutsche Zentrum für Altersfragen ist ein auf dem Gebiet der Sozialen Gerontologie und Altenarbeit tätiges wissenschaftliches Forschungs- und Dokumentationsinstitut, dessen Zweck es laut Satzung ist, "Erkenntnisse über die Lebenslage alternder und alter Menschen zu erweitern, zu sammeln, auszuwerten, aufzubereiten und zu verbreiten".

Gerontological Society of America
The Gerontological Society of America is a non-profit professional organization with more than 5000 members in the field of aging. GSA provides researchers, educators, practitioners, and policy makers with opportunities to understand, advance, integrate, and use basic and applied research on aging to improve the quality of life as one ages.

International Association of Gerontology
The International Association of Gerontology was founded in 1950. Its objectives are to promote gerontological research, training in the field of aging, and the interests of gerontological organizations in international affairs.

Max Planck Institute for Human Development 
Lifespan Psychology: The Center for Lifespan Psychology, which was established in 1981 when Paul B. Baltes was appointed Director, investigates general principles of human ontogeny.

Nederlandse Vereniging voor Gerontologie
De Nederlandse Vereniging voor Gerontologie, kortweg NVG genoemd, is de overkoepelende wetenschappelijke vereniging die zich ten doel heeft gesteld studie en wetenschappelijk onderzoek naar lichamelijke, geestelijke en sociale aspecten van veroudering te stimuleren. Vanwege het multidisciplinaire karakter van de vereniging is zij een forum voor gerontologisch onderzoek en onderwijs en plaats voor uitwisseling tussen wetenschap en praktijk.

Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Gerontologie
Vernetzt als Fachorganisation Personen und Institutionen, die an der Erforschung von Alterungsvorgängen engagiert und in der praktischen Altersarbeit und -pflege tätig sind.

Zentrum für Gerontologie (ZfG)
Das Zentrum für Gerontologie (ZfG) ist ein interdisziplinäres und interfakultäres Kompetenzzentrum der Universität Zürich. Es strebt die Vernetzung und Förderung von Forschung und Lehre auf allen Gebieten der Alterswissenschaften an der Universität Zürich, der ETH Zürich und anderen universitären Institutionen im In- und Ausland an.
