With ‘UZH Print Plus 4Staff’, UZH employees can use existing multifunction devices with direct billing to their cost centres. The prerequisite for this is that their organisational unit has registered to use the service.

• Printing from mobile devices with Mail to Print
• Printing from USB stick: Access to stored files
• Scanning and delivery to your own UZH e-mail address (scan and send)
• Scanning to a USB stick (scan and save)

• To print directly from your personal device, you must first install UZH Print Plus.

• If your UZH card is not recognised when you log in to the device, you must pair it with ‘UZH Print Plus’ once.
  Pairing the UZH Card
• If you have forgotten your UZH card, you can link another card (e.g. Swisspass) to ‘UZH Print Plus’ for one day and use this as a substitute.

With ‘UZH Print Plus’, Central IT (ZI) provides multifunction printers for general use. Affiliated organisational units are charged a per-click price for each printed or copied page. This price includes all costs. 

Those responsible for the organisational units on site ensure that the multifunction devices are supplied with the delivered consumables (paper, toner, etc.).
